Report a problem
A file that will not open, a wrong measurement or a broken page.
What to include in a bug report
A few details help us reproduce the problem on the first try:
- The tool and page, for example the 3D Converter, STEP to STL.
- Your browser and device, such as Chrome 130 on Windows 11 or Safari on iPhone.
- The file format and rough size, such as a 40 MB STEP assembly.
- What you expected and what happened, including any error message on screen.
Please do not email confidential files. If a file will not open, describe it, or send a similar sample that is safe to share. We never need your original design.
For developers
Questions about the open-source 3D engine, the <universal-3d-viewer> web component or the JavaScript API are best raised in the public repository, where others can find the answer too.
