When will MicroPlugins WordPress plugins be available?
They are in development now. The first one planned is a lightweight 3D viewer for WordPress, built on the same engine as the MicroPlugins 3D Viewer. Contact us to hear when it is ready.
Can I show 3D models on WordPress today?
Yes. The open-source universal-3d-viewer web component works in a WordPress Custom HTML block. Our guide on how to embed a 3D model on your website shows the exact code to paste.
Will the plugins slow down my site?
They are designed not to. Each plugin loads its scripts only on the pages that use it, and heavy parts such as CAD file parsers load only when a visitor opens a file that needs them.
Will the plugins track my visitors?
No. Like every MicroPlugins tool, the plugins are built to process files in the visitor’s browser and to send nothing to us or to anyone else.
